2019 Ironman 70.3 Traverse City

(August 25, 2019) Known as the Cherry Capital of the World, Traverse City is excited to host the inaugural Ironman 70.3 Traverse City race in 2019. The race consists of a 1.2 mile swim in West Grand Traverse Bay, a 56 mile bike through Leelanau County and Benzie County, and a 13.1 mile run along Boardman Lake, finishing on Front Street in the heart of downtown Traverse City.

(May 25, 2019) Celebrating its 37th Anniversary, the Bayshore Marathon has become a “must run” for runners throughout the Midwest and beyond. Many runners return year after year to enjoy the scenic courses which run along the shores of beautiful Grand Traverse Bay. Hosted by Traverse City Track Club, Bayshore features a 10K, half marathon and full marathon.

2019 Richmond Marathon

(November 16, 2019) With street art, river views, historic architecture, and beautiful neighborhoods, this race treats runners and walkers to a unique and unforgettable tour of Richmond, Virginia that ends with a renowned downhill finish and CoStar Post Race Party on the riverfront! The race offers a full marathon, half marathon and 8K.

2019 Marine Corp Marathon

(October 27, 2019) Hosted in the nation's capital with the start and finish in Arlington, VA, the Marine Corps Marathon offers an unparalleled journey through the most recognizable landmarks in our country. Begin the run situated between the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery, continue through Rosslyn before journeying into the District to tour Georgetown and the National Mall on the way to 'beating the bridge.' Enter Arlington and pass the Pentagon, tour Crystal City, and finish uphill (you read that right) at the Marine Corps War Memorial.

2019 Bull of the Woods Trail Race

(September 14, 2019) Bull of the Woods Trail run is a 10-mile, half marathon and marathon distance high altitude trail race designed to maximize your trail running experience on a primarily singletrack course through high alpine forests, meadows, peaks, ridgelines, and overlooks that will bring out your inner joy and keep you smiling all the way home. You'll climb to over 12,000 ft on Fraser Mountain and for marathoners, famous Kachina Peak, while soaking in views of some of the other highest peaks in Northern NM including Gold Hill, Lobo Peak, and the grand Queen herself Wheeler Peak!

2019 Mt. Everest Basecamp Climb

(Fall 2019) World Hope is partnering with professional sailor and adventurer, Sara Hastreiter, who has set out to become the first woman in history to achieve both sailing the seven oceans around the world and climbing the highest peak on each continent in a quest for good.
