This past April I committed to an enormous challenge! To become a runner at 56 and run the 2019 Detroit Free Press Half Marathon to raise funds for Hope Water International. Having never been a runner it was one of the harder challenges of my life, and it has proven to be one of the most rewarding journeys.
Hope Water International partners with communities to bring clean water to beautiful, yet forgotten groups of people in Kenya, Uganda, Sierra Leone and Liberia. You can learn more about the mission by watching this short video:
If you are able, please join me in this journey by making a donation to Hope Water International.
Even a small donation has a profound impact in the lives of many!
Thank you 🙂
